Contact and check of your documents
You just have to fill in the form or contact Alena Germann. Your English contact person is ready to answer your questions. As soon as we receive everything, we will check your documents: CV, university degree, police certificate of good conduct and passport/identity card.
Getting to know each other personally
If the requirements are met, then of course we would like to get to know you better as soon as possible. Your future employer would like to do so as well. That's why we organise an interview including interpreting – either in person in London or via Skype, according to your preference.
You decide.
Now it's up to you. The best scenario is that you have to choose, as several employers offer you a permanent employment contract.

Within four weeks after the interview, your M&S Transnational Solution Health will start. Destination: Germany.
Intensive language course
Language is the main basis so that everything works perfectly on the private level as well as in the job sector. That's why at M&S Transnational Solution Health a language course is essential. It lasts between four and seven months and the best thing about it is the following: You do not need any knowledge of German. To make learning German easy and practical, the language course is provided as an all-inclusive service by one of our certified M&S Transnational Solution Health partners.
Language courses, accommondation and partial catering. These costs are covered by your employer. Additionally, M&S Transnational Solution Health does a lot to make you feel good in Germany. For example, we offer you sports programmes for free and provide you with a variety of cultural leisure activities. This way, you can quickly get to know and love the country and its people.
Your language certificate
You complete the German course with a internationally recognised B1 or B2 certificate. The level depends on your wishes and the needs of your employer.
